"CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH WORTHS: NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS"
I bought a pair of trainers, but they ended up being the wrong size. I wanted to return them, so I reached out to customer service for help. Unfortunately, despite sending a few emails, nobody has replied to me. It's pretty frustrating, to be honest.

"Black Friday Exchange"
I got myself a pair of trainers for the first time and wasn't quite sure about the fit, so I also ordered my son a size 9 on Black Friday. They ended up being too large, but the company was great and swapped them out for a size 8, keeping the price at the Black Friday deal even though it had ended.

This is my first go at a LMNTS product, and honestly, I think they fit poorly and feel way too stiff. Not great for jogging, that's for sure... but hey, they do look kinda cool.

"Purchased a pair of Lmnts from tessuti..."
I got a pair of Lmnts from tessuti, and after just one day of wear, the shoe started to show discoloration. The matte front scratched off and turned shiny. I'm really let down since these were the only ones my boyfriend truly liked. I returned the shoes and received a refund, but I’d really appreciate it if the shoe was made to last longer.

"Top-notch service all around"
For real, the service here is top-notch. I made a silly mistake and ordered the wrong size, but the team went above and beyond to help me out with a really simple return process. The product is absolutely fantastic. This is my third pair, and I doubt I'll be looking at any other brand from here on out.
